What I Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and user needs, then prioritize the highest-impact problems. 
Why It Matters: Design only moves the needle when it’s focused. This step ensures we’re building the right thing from the start.

Understand the User

What I Do: Dig into user behaviors, pain points and needs through interviews, customer feedback and data. 
Why It Matters: I design with empathy and evidence. Never assumptions.

Design the Solution

What I Do: Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using scalable systems and accessible patterns.
Why It Matters: Strong UX connects intention with execution. My designs balance usability, clarity and feasibility.

Deliver with Confidence

What I Do: Prepare detailed specs, partner with engineering and support implementation through QA and handoff. 
Why It Matters: I don't just ship files, I stay involved to ensure the experience translates from Figma to final build.

Iterate & Improve

What I Do: Review performance, gather feedback and suggest next steps based on what we learn post-launch. 
Why It Matters: Great UX is never “done.” I help teams keep evolving their product with purpose.
